A Delphi Exclusive. A great way to test out new colors and a new texture with a minimal investment. Dichroic assortment features 4 squares of randomly assorted colors; all at discounted prices. 6 pieces. 90 COE. Colors will vary; photo above is example only. Herringbone Ripple textured-glass represents a pinnacle of glass-making craftsmanship. The rough ripples with a zigzag or feathered pattern is created during the sheet-forming process; rotating the roller faster than its own forward travel causes the rippled effect. The rapidly cooling and solidifying top and bottom surfaces of the sheet are forced to slide over one another using the still-fluid middle layer as a lubricant. The resulting texture quickly chills enough to permanently retain the ripple pattern. Image shown below is Herringbone Ripple texture on clear.
